Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 26, 2026  ·  Last Updated: October 26, 2026

TL;DR: We collect your account info, your conversations and generations, and basic usage telemetry. Your prompts may be processed by third-party AI providers. We don't sell your data. You can request deletion anytime.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Verve ("Verve", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information in connection with Kiomi, an uncensored AI platform offering image generation, conversational chat, unfiltered research, and web application building tools (the "Service"). It applies to all users worldwide and should be read together with our Terms of Service.

By creating an account or using the Service — whether you read this policy within the app, on our website, or elsewhere — you acknowledge the data practices described here. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you register, we collect your email address, username, and an encrypted (hashed) version of your password. We may also store optional profile details you choose to add. This information is used to create and authenticate your account and to contact you about service matters.

2.2 Conversations and Generated Content

We store the prompts you type, the chats you hold, the images you generate, research queries you run, and web apps you build through the Service, together with associated metadata (timestamps, feature used). This is necessary to deliver your history, sync your account across devices, moderate abuse reports, and improve the Service. Please be aware: because Kiomi is uncensored, you may choose to share sensitive or mature content with it — anything you submit is stored on our systems and may be processed by third-party AI providers as described in Section 5. Do not submit information you would not want processed in this way.

2.3 Usage and Technical Data

We automatically collect standard technical data when you use the Service: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages/features accessed, session duration, and error logs. We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (login sessions), security, and aggregate analytics. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

2.4 What We Do Not Collect

We do not knowingly collect payment card information (no payments are currently processed), government ID numbers, biometric identifiers, or precise geolocation from GPS.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your conversations or generated content for third-party advertising.

4. AI Processing Notice

When you submit a prompt, it is sent to one or more AI models to produce a response. Depending on the feature, processing may occur on our own infrastructure or via third-party model providers. AI processing is automated; your conversations are not read by human employees except: (a) with your consent, (b) to investigate a security or abuse incident or a credible report of prohibited content under Section 5 of the Terms, or (c) as required by law.

5. How We Share Information

RecipientWhat is sharedWhy
AI model providersYour prompts, context, and generation requestsTo generate chat responses, images, research results, and code
Hosting / infrastructure providersStored data, logs, backupsTo run and secure the Service
Analytics providersAggregated, non-identifying usage data where possibleTo understand feature usage

Buyers / successorsAll user dataOnly in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, under this policy's protections

We require service providers to process data only on our instructions and with appropriate safeguards. We never share your data with advertisers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Conversations and generated content are retained while your account exists so you can access your history, and for up to 30 days after account deletion before permanent removal from active systems (residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 additional days before being purged). Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months for security purposes. We may retain data longer where required by law or to resolve disputes.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Wherever you live, you may:

To exercise any right, use in-app settings or email verveofficial@atomicmail.io. We respond within 30 days. EEA/UK users (GDPR): our legal bases are contract performance (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, analytics, improvement), and consent (optional communications). You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California users (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA, and you have the right to know, delete, correct, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our infrastructure and AI providers operate. Where required (e.g., transfers out of the EEA/UK), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Note that data processed by third-party AI providers may be transmitted internationally regardless of your location.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS), password hashing, access controls, and least-privilege access to production data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and relevant regulators as required by applicable law. You are also responsible for keeping your password confidential.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or under the higher minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Because Kiomi is uncensored, it is strongly recommended for adult users. If we learn we have collected data from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided data may contact us at verveofficial@atomicmail.io.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date and, where reasonably possible, announced through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
